1. About Voyasee

Voyasee is an independent travel publication and planning platform operated by Jagabandhu Das. Voyasee publishes destination research, practical travel articles, comparison guides, planning tools, affiliate links, and related resources.

Voyasee is not a travel agency, airline, hotel, insurer, embassy, immigration authority, medical provider, tour operator, payment processor, or legal adviser unless a page expressly states otherwise.

2. Acceptance and Scope

These Terms apply when you browse the website, submit a form, use an interactive tool, download a resource, follow an external link, or otherwise interact with Voyasee.

Specific tools, campaigns, newsletters, competitions, or future services may display additional notices or rules. Where an additional notice conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific notice will govern that feature to the extent of the conflict.

If you use Voyasee on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Informational and Planning Use

Voyasee content is provided for general information, education, comparison, and travel planning. Travel rules, prices, schedules, safety conditions, border procedures, visa requirements, hotel policies, insurance coverage, local laws, and health guidance may change after publication.

Voyasee should not be the only source for a high-stakes decision.

Confirm important facts with the relevant official authority, embassy, consulate, airline, hotel, insurer, transport provider, attraction operator, or qualified professional before booking, paying, applying, or traveling.

4. No Professional Advice

Nothing on Voyasee constitutes legal, immigration, tax, financial, insurance, medical, health, safety, or other licensed professional advice.

Articles and tools may explain common questions or help organize a decision, but they do not create a professional-client relationship, diagnosis, policy interpretation, legal opinion, visa decision, or guarantee of a particular outcome.

5. Interactive Tools, Calculators, Checkers, and Maps

Voyasee may provide calculators, quizzes, destination matchers, route planners, packing tools, budget estimates, visa or transit checkers, safety tools, maps, scores, and other interactive features.

User inputs matter

Results may be inaccurate or incomplete when information entered by the user is incorrect, incomplete, ambiguous, or outdated.

Data and assumptions matter

Tools may rely on stored rules, estimates, third-party data, availability limits, or simplified assumptions.

Outputs are not guarantees

A result does not guarantee a visa, safe route, total cost, weather condition, airline decision, border outcome, or provider availability.

Features may change

Voyasee may update, restrict, redesign, suspend, limit, or discontinue a tool without prior notice.

6. Permitted Use

You may use Voyasee for lawful personal travel research, non-commercial planning, and other legitimate purposes consistent with these Terms.

You must not:

  • use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, abusive, or harmful activity
  • attempt unauthorized access to the website, hosting, accounts, APIs, databases, administrative areas, or connected systems
  • introduce malware, malicious scripts, denial-of-service traffic, spam, or code intended to disrupt the website
  • bypass security controls, usage limits, rate limits, access controls, consent tools, or technical restrictions
  • scrape, harvest, crawl, extract, reproduce, or monitor substantial website data through automated means without permission, except ordinary search-engine indexing
  • reverse engineer, copy, clone, frame, mirror, or recreate Voyasee tools, interfaces, scoring methods, visual systems, or protected functionality

  • interfere with another reader's access, privacy, security, or enjoyment of the website

7. Usage Limits and Abuse Prevention

Voyasee may apply reasonable limits to tools, requests, downloads, automated traffic, repeated submissions, or resource-intensive features. Limits may be based on browser, device, session, IP address, technical identifiers, or other proportionate signals.

Voyasee may temporarily restrict activity that appears automated, abusive, fraudulent, technically harmful, excessively resource-intensive, or designed to bypass a usage limit. No account is required for this clause to apply.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Voyasee or its licensors own or control the intellectual-property rights in original text, branding, logos, layouts, tool interfaces, source code, scoring systems, illustrations, graphics, downloadable materials, and other original website content.

Third-party photographs, maps, trademarks, logos, quotations, embeds, and data remain subject to the rights and licences of their respective owners.

You may read, print, save, or share a reasonable excerpt for personal and non-commercial use when you retain attribution and do not misrepresent the source. You may not reproduce substantial parts of the website, sell or license Voyasee content, remove attribution, or publish copied material as your own.

9. Linking to Voyasee

You may link to a public Voyasee page in a fair and lawful manner that does not damage Voyasee's reputation or falsely suggest sponsorship, approval, partnership, or endorsement.

You must not frame Voyasee inside another website, use misleading anchor text, copy a complete page in place of linking, or display a Voyasee link beside unlawful or deceptive content.

10. User Submissions, Messages, and Comments

If Voyasee accepts comments, messages, corrections, reviews, suggestions, form submissions, or other user content, you remain responsible for what you submit.

You confirm that submitted material:

  • is lawful and does not violate another person's privacy, copyright, trademark, contractual, or other rights
  • is not knowingly false, defamatory, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, obscene, malicious, or misleading
  • does not contain malware, spam, undisclosed promotion, unauthorized personal data, or confidential information

You grant Voyasee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, format, moderate, and display submitted material only as reasonably needed to operate, protect, promote, or improve the website and the feature through which it was submitted.

Voyasee may remove, refuse, edit, hide, or retain submissions where reasonably necessary for moderation, security, legal compliance, spam prevention, or editorial management.

11. Corrections and Feedback

Voyasee welcomes good-faith reports of factual errors, broken links, outdated rules, accessibility issues, and technical problems. Submitting feedback does not guarantee that Voyasee will make a requested change or respond individually.

Do not submit confidential business information, passwords, full payment-card numbers, passport numbers, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

12. External Links and Third-Party Services

Voyasee may link to government pages, tourism boards, maps, images, videos, booking providers, affiliates, advertisers, travel services, and other external websites.

Voyasee does not control third-party content, security, availability, pricing, policies, accessibility, service quality, privacy practices, or business conduct. When you leave Voyasee, the external provider's terms and privacy notice apply.

A link does not guarantee that the external information is complete, current, lawful, suitable, or endorsed in every respect.

13. Affiliate Links, Advertising, and Commercial Relationships

Voyasee may earn commissions or referral fees through affiliate, sponsored, advertising, or partner links. Commercial relationships do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, availability, or suitability of a provider.

Review the Affiliate Disclosure for information about partner links and commissions.

14. Bookings, Purchases, and Payments

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Voyasee does not process or fulfil third-party bookings. A booking or purchase creates a contract between you and the provider, supplier, or merchant named in the confirmation.

You are responsible for checking:

  • the final price, currency, taxes, deposits, and service charges
  • cancellation, change, refund, no-show, and claim rules
  • supplier identity, baggage, check-in, transfer, and entry requirements
  • insurance coverage, exclusions, age limits, accessibility, and activity conditions
  • payment security, customer support, and dispute procedures

15. Privacy and Data Protection

Use of Voyasee is also subject to the Privacy Policy and GDPR Compliance and Data Protection page.

16. Availability, Maintenance, and Changes

Voyasee may correct, update, redesign, move, suspend, remove, restrict, or discontinue content, links, tools, downloads, categories, features, or partner relationships at any time.

Access may be interrupted by maintenance, hosting issues, third-party failures, software updates, security events, traffic, network problems, or circumstances outside Voyasee's control.

17. Disclaimers and No Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, Voyasee is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Voyasee does not promise that the site will always be secure, uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.

The separate Website Disclaimer forms part of the legal information governing use of the site.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Voyasee, its operator, contributors, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or other losses arising from website use, inability to use the site, reliance on content, third-party services, or a user's own decisions.

This may include travel loss, missed bookings, denied boarding, rejected applications, injury, illness, data loss, service interruption, lost profit, lost opportunity, cancellation expense, or dissatisfaction with a provider or destination.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

19. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify Voyasee against third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, breach of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, misuse of a tool, or unlawful submitted content.

This clause does not apply where prohibited by mandatory consumer law.

20. Suspension or Termination

Voyasee may suspend, restrict, block, or terminate access to all or part of the website where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, fraud prevention, misuse, abusive automated activity, protection of other users, or operational reasons.

21. Applicable Law, Consumer Rights, and Disputes

These Terms apply subject to the laws and mandatory rules that govern the particular relationship between Voyasee and the user. Voyasee does not use this page to claim that one country’s law or courts apply in every situation.

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer protections that apply under EU law or the national law that cannot be excluded by contract.

If you are located outside the EU or EEA, mandatory rights available under the law that applies to you may also remain in force.

Questions or disputes should first be raised in good faith by contacting Voyasee. If they cannot be resolved informally, the applicable court, authority, law, or dispute process will be determined by the mandatory rules relevant to the parties and the circumstances.

Location-neutral wording

This clause is designed to remain usable if Voyasee’s operator changes country. It should be reviewed when a formal legal entity, registered address, and permanent governing-law structure are confirmed.

22. Severability, Waiver, and Entire Agreement

If part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

A delay or failure to enforce a provision does not permanently waive the right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, GDPR page, Affiliate Disclosure, Disclaimer, and any feature-specific notice, form the general agreement governing use of Voyasee.

23. Changes to These Terms

Voyasee may update these Terms when website features, business practices, legal requirements, security needs, or third-party services change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.

Continued use after an update may constitute acceptance where permitted by law. Material changes may be highlighted where reasonably appropriate.

24. Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use Voyasee content for my own website or commercial project?

You may quote a reasonable excerpt with clear attribution for lawful, non-commercial purposes. Republishing substantial sections, copying tool interfaces, reproducing original graphics, or using Voyasee content for a competing commercial publication requires prior written permission.

Can automated systems scrape Voyasee?

Automated access, scraping, bulk extraction, crawling beyond normal search-engine indexing, bypassing rate limits, or collecting tool data may be restricted. Written permission may be required for commercial or high-volume use.

Are Voyasee tool results guaranteed?

No. Calculators, checkers, quizzes, maps, route suggestions, scores, and estimates are planning aids. Results depend on user inputs, assumptions, available data, browser behavior, and third-party services.

Who handles a booking made through a partner link?

The provider or supplier named in the booking confirmation handles the booking, payment, cancellation, refund, customer support, and service delivery. Voyasee is not normally a party to that contract.

Can Voyasee suspend access to a tool?

Yes. Voyasee may restrict or suspend access for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, excessive automated use, technical limits, or operational reasons.

Do these Terms remove mandatory consumer rights?

No. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the law applicable to the user.
